In today’s fast-pace work environment, employees are often expected to work long hours under high stress conditions. Long hours and shift work are associated with significant health risks and are an underappreciated cause of accidents. This presentation will discuss various strategies that can be implemented in the workplace to increase employee awareness of fatigue, and provide them with the tools they need to work safely and efficiently.
